After weeks in intensive care and still carrying a bullet in her spine, Layla Bush can walk with the help of a walker and says she's improving every day.Doctors praised her progress and positive attitude today at a media briefing.The 23-year-old was working as the receptionist at the Jewish Federation office on July 28th when a man forced his way in and opened fire.
