There isn't much I can say to this, well there is but it would be a long rant with lots of deleting and re-typing and I just don't have the time at the moment.

I sat this last Friday evening at the Reform Synagogue and listened to the Rabbi, who seems to be a nice enough guy, stand up at the Bimah and defend what Obama's Rev. Wright had to say.
Of course part of it made sense to me because he brought up how the world, including the United States, sat back and watched as 6 million Jews were murdered with the intent of murdering them all by the likes of Hitler's ilk and the Grand Mufti's ilk!
It wouldn't be unrealistic for Jews to rip the world a new one on the Bimah for letting that happen was the focus behind his words.

It didn't seem "kosher" though to be defending the likes of Rev Wright who is anti-Israel, hangs out with screwy Louie Farrakhan who calls Jews "bloodsuckers" and "a gutter religion" amongst other things.

It's times like this in the past that has made me want to throw in the towel and say enough is enough! I'm tired of stupid Jews, I'm tired of butt kissing Jews, I'm tired of self-hating Jews, I'm tired of Jews like Dennis Prager (even if he is probably a nice guy) who attend Easter services at the Catholic Church and complains about someone wearing jeans! Who cares what they wear Dennis, you shouldn't have even been there! You should have been at another Jews home eating dinner and discussing the weather! It's not your day buddy!
There were enough of those that led to pogroms in the past, leave it alone!

OY VEY! I suppose kvetching is what I'll have to do because throwing in the towel just isn't in my blood. I stop and recall the likes of those at the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising and realize there is a Maccabee in all of us. Some just need to get past the so called Jewish Enlightenment. Your brain is just one muscle in the body remember!

I think they might need to read Kahane's "Uncomfortable Questions For Comfortable Jews", actually reading all of the Rabbi's books seem to be in order here! Not a bad idea.......

OK, this is turning into the rant I hadn't planned so I shall end it here! Don't expect me to stop rolling it over in my little pea brain while I'm getting ready for work though.
