REASON...An Issue!

Blogmaster's comment: This is a long read but worthwhile if you, as I do, fear the rapid progress that Islam has made in it's latest conquest to conquer the World, destroy Israel and America. This writer gets it right...if America falls, so does the rest of the world. There are only two countries that unabashedly and brazenly oppose Islamic tyranny...Israel and the U.S. Other countries pretend to go along but grudgingly so. Europe is lost and Israel and America are fortresses that must not fall or capitulate.

An Issue of Reason

Folks, I’ve been thinking again [don’t panic] and as you all know this is not the first time we have fought Islamic fundamentalists. As we all understand the Islamic tradition is fairly well known for the penalty it imposes on those who “Blaspheme” Islam, apostatizes themselves from that so-called faith or refuse to accept this nonsense. These are what are known as infidels in the loosest sense of the word.

It appears that everyone not a Muslim and some who are are believed to be blaspheming the Islam religion because we do not believe that nonsense. There are many scholars, historians and lay people both within and without the Muslim community, who believe that the pure, orthodox Islam of the Fundamentalists could not survive outside the context of its seventh-century Arabian origins. If twenty-first-century science, logic, and/or humanistic reasoning were applied to it, it would fall apart as a religion and become what it is, a means of subjugating others and promoting violence. And, the fly in the buttermilk is that those who run the show of this so-called religion would lose their power and authority over the common Muslim, so these leaders hearing of anyone of their faithful have questioned Islam, malign Islam or desire to leave this barbaric Islam, they are usually killed on the orders of the leaders, we see in this a totalitarian modus operandi that harking back to the seventh century feudal system that silences all dissent and examination which protects this seventh century faith from ever having to defend itself.

This is not the first time we have fought Islam, in 1805 President Thomas Jefferson sent an Army officer William Eaton along with a contingent of Marines under Lieutenant Presley O’Bannon to attack Tripoli and the pasha, whom had declared war upon the United States. The pasha whom had at his command Muslim fundamentalists who were nothing but pirates that would attack all shipping on the high seas and take ships and their crews, those not killed were held for ransom until the country to which they belonged [the crew & ship] paid for their release.

Eaton and O’Bannon recruited the pasha of Tripoli’s brother, Hamet, the rightful heir to the Tripolitania throne [who had been in exile in Egypt] to assist in a little regime change. The target was the city of Derna a highly fortified city and major port. After the long and dangerous trip across the desert, O’Bannon called for a bombardment of the city by the USS Nautilus, Hornet and Argus who were under the command of Captain Isaac Hull.

The plan was to cut off the roads out of Derna by using troops and mercenaries of Hamet to deny either the cities populations from fleeing or receiving reinforcements while the Marines under O’Bannon and the rest of the mercenaries attacked the heavily fortified harbor city.

Many of the Derna’s Muslim soldiers were so terrified of the Marines due to their vicious attack and refusal to backup, quickly retreated into the blockage of Hamet’s troops leaving their cannons and rifles unfired. The Marines advanced though the chaos and pandemonium, the Marines fought forward by gun and bayonet and in hand to hand combat, their bravery was unparalleled and would set the standard for every Marine action from then on.

Within about an hour and a half of the initial ground assault Lieutenant O’Bannon raised the American Flag over the harbor fortress. This became the first time the Stars and Stripes had ever been flown over battlements outside of the Atlantic. The Marines held the city and starved off a counter-attack. Both Eaton and O’Bannon were eager to press further into Tripoli, however President Jefferson under pressures from Congress, held them back, preferring instead to conclude a peace treaty and secure the release of the American men and ships being held in Tripoli including the USS Philadelphia, the ship and crew held the longest at 18 months.

It was after the engagement putting Prince Hamet back on his rightful throne, that O’Bannon was presented with a scimitar (saber) used by the Prince’s tribe called Mameluke, in appreciation of the courage of O’Bannon and his Marines. [This is the model for the saber the Marine Officers still carry to this day].

Now we come to the interesting part of the overall story, after President Jefferson left office and retired, Congress went right back to paying tribute to the Muslim terrorist, we had won the war, but as usual Congress, having no stomach to continue a presents along the Barbary Coast, and fearful of being seen as warmongers and taking the chance of not being re-elected, started paying the Barbary pirate's tribute again and at this point, where we might just have defeated the Muslim terrorist of that age and secured a lasting presents to keep the fundamentalists in check or even brought sanity back to that region, Congress did what it does best, cut and ran.

Does this remind you of anything going on here in the 21st Century? But the point still remains that we, as Americans defeated the Muslim terrorist then and as sure as God made little green apples, we shall do it again, but the fight will be the same today as then, we will be fighting two enemies: 1. The Muslim Terrorist 2. Our weak spined Congress, who having spilt good American blood by the Cream of American Military youth, now want to cut and run again. The difference being that now Muslim fundamentalists have made their presents known across the world by setting up conclaves in almost every nation on earth and instead of a few hundred thousands we are now facing one and a half billion (with a B). These foolish people have been raised since birth to believe that by killing non Muslims they are doing the work of their so-called prophet Mohammed and his Koran, [that is so full of mistakes regarding the workings of the human body, the earth, the stars and the planets], that it is impossible for any thinking person to believe this crapola came from the Creator who having made all these thing including the universe, could have communicated this nonsense and claim it was His word. One who created the Universe would not be so stupid as to get what He had created wrong or fail to describe it correctly. It must be clear to any thinking person/free thinkers that what the Muslim perceives as the word of God is just nonsense written by man, who did a poor job of it.

I strongly believe that if this country unites against this sick terrorism we can and will defeat it, for those Muslims that live their peaceful lives both within our country and without our borders, live in peace and prosper, we as Americans have nothing against you; it is your sick twisted leaders who are the problem. They make the suicide bomber, they make the people who fly planes into our building; they are the ones encouraging their followers to kill innocent men, women and children. Islam is not a religion of peace but is just another political movement much like the National Socialist Movement (Nazi); their religion is to kill all who disagree with them and to conquer the world setting up their sick perverted totalitarian political/theological religion/government.

Europe has already capitulated for the most part, they still make sounds like men, but are afraid of those things that go bump in the night, and they know what the terrorist is capable of and they are afraid, their leaders are afraid, the people are afraid so they have fallen into the same trap as they did with the Nazi, they appease, they apologize for the Muslim terrorism and they will receive their appropriate reward, a sword slashing though their necks. It must be understood that there can be no appeasement with terrorist, all a terrorist respects is strength and fortitude and I feel that our Congress both, after all they are too busy filling their pockets with gifts from lobbyists and special interest groups, to worry about a few little things like DUTY, HONOR, COUNTRY, FLAG, let alone Freedom and Liberty.

Feel free to disagree with me after all it shall be your children and your grandchildren and their grandchildren that will pay the price for our lack of resolve, our lack of intestinal fortitude and our desire to cut and run leaving our Military, as we have done so many times, hanging out in the wind.

STOPPING ISLAMIC TERRORISM - INDIAN STYLE...

HOW TO UPROOT ISLAMIC TERRORISM

On Friday, July 25, Bangalore or Bengaluru, the capital of the southern Indian state of Karnataka, a city of 6 million people, was rocked by 8 serial blasts that reportedly took place within 12 minutes at around 1.30 PM, that is just after the Friday’s midday namaz in local mosques.. The city is also the IT capital of India and the home of software superpowers like Infosys Technologies and Wipro. The blasts killed one and injured more than 15.

The high orchestration for first five or six blasts suggests the use of precision timing devices in the blasts. But, according to the experts, the explosive used was not of sophisticated type and most probably ammonium nitrate, mixed with a booster, was used by the terrorists. The investigators believe that the primary objective of the miscreants was to convey the message that they have the capacity of hitting any target wherever and whenever they like. However, no organization has yet claimed the responsibility of the bombings.

On the next day, i.e. on Saturday, 26th July, 17 bombs were exploded in Ahmedabad, the capital of Gujarat, killing 49 people and injuring many. There were two blasts in Maninagar and the first blast occurred in this area at 6.45 PM. The second blast here occurred near LG hospital. It should be pointed out here that Maninagar is the constituency of Chief Minister Narendra Modi. Some of the bombs were believed to have been placed in cycles as it were in the Jaipur blasts on May 13, in which 65 persons died. A couple of bombs were reported to have been placed in tiffin boxes, in a modus operandi similar to the explosions that took place outside a Lucknow court last year.

A Muslim organization called “Indian Mujahideen”, through an e-mail, has claimed the responsibility of the Ahmedabad blasts, but the security personnel are convinced that it is a handy-work of the infamous “Students Islamic Movement of India” or SIMI, in a new guise. In any case, the attacks have served a caution that the country that, even after 60 years of independence and despite its present economic progress, it remains vulnerable to terrorism. Both the Chief Minister Narendra Modi and the Home Minister Amit Shah suspect international conspiracy in the attack. But the modus operandi of the attack suggests involvement of local Muslims as well. There is no doubt that the bombs were planted with local knowledge as it was not possible for the outsiders to plant them at vulnerable spots. The un-exploded bombs have been sent to the forensic department to ascertain the type of explosive used and why they did not go off. “So far, no arrest has been made”, says the Home Minister on Thursday, July 30.

The matter does not end here. Meanwhile, various Terrorist Muslim organizations have sent threat letters to the authorities of various cities to blow up important buildings. A letter from SIMI activists has threatened to blow up the 7-storey building of Vadodara stock exchange. Till 30th July, 26 bombs were discovered and defused in another city of Surat, in the same state of Gujarat. Police suspects local involvement in these activities. On the other hand, on July 29, the Border Security Force or BSF has seized 20 kg opium near Indo-Pak border in the Barmer district of Rajasthan. It should be mentioned here that smuggling of drugs and other narcotics are used to fund terrorist activities. The incident suggests that many such blasts may take place in near future in various India cities.

Why Islamic Terrorism:

In a previous article “Three Decrees Of Islam” (www.indianresurgence.com) , the present author has mentioned that as a creed, Islam is not a religion like Hinduism, Buddhis or Jainism. In fact, Islam is a non-spiritual political creed and its aim is to create an Islamic (or rather Arabic) empire throughout the world and the creed rests on three fundamental postulates, (i) Millat and Kufr, (ii) dar-ul-Islam and dar-ul-harb and (iii) Jihad. It should be mentioned here that the real meaning of Islam is, not peace but, surrender and in the restricted sense, unconditional surrender to Allah’s Koran and Allah’s Prophet.

The Arabic word Millat stands for brotherhood and word Kufr stands for “to disbelieve” or “to oppose” and those who do kufr are kafirs. The first postulate Millat and Kufr says that those who surrender to Allah’s Koran and Allah’s Prophet Muhammad are imandar Mussalmans and those who do not, belong to the most despicable species, the kafirs. So, according to Islamic theology, each and every non-Muslim is a kafir while all Muslims are brothers (kulla muslemein ikhuatun) and all kafirs are enemies of the Muslims. Most importantly, it divides the entire humanity into two camps, one is the Muslim-camp while the other is the kafir-camp.

In the eye of Allah, these kafirs are no better than animals and hence He instructs the Muslims to mount any kind of torture and atrocities on them, kill them, burn them and their houses, take their women and children as captives and rape their women and so on. So the Koran says----“We have created, for hell, many genii (races) of men, ….and they are like brute beasts” (7.179) ; “Verily, those who disbelieve our signs, we will surely cast them to be broiled in the hell-fire, so often as their skins shall be well burnt, We will give them new skins in exchange, so that they may taste the sharper torment” (4.56) ; “Whosoever followeth any religion other than Islam, it shall not be accepted of him in this life, and in the next life he shall be of those who perish” (3.85) ; “I will cast a dread into the hearts of the unbelievers” (8.12) ; “Therefore cut off their heads, and strike off all the ends of the fingers. This shall they suffer because they have opposed Allah and His Prophet, and whosoever shall oppose Allah and His Prophet, verily Allah will be severe in punishing them” (8.13) ; “moreover, as for the non-believers, I will punish them with grievous punishments in this world, and in the world is to come” (3.56) ; “Allah loves not the unbelievers” (3.57) ; “ they shall suffer a grievous punishment” (3.77). “They (believers) shall fight in the way of Allah and shall slay and be slain” (9, 111).

The second postulate ‘dar-ul-Islam and dar-ul-harb’ of Islam tells that all the countries on the earth can broadly be divided into two categories. Dar-ul-Islam means those countries which have already come under the domination of Islam. The literal meaning of dar-ul-harb is the land of warfare. It refers to those countries which have not yet been conquered by Islam and where the Muslims are fighting with the kafirs to bring them under their control. The ultimate aim of Islam is to turn the entire world into a dar-ul-Islam, or to bring the entire world under the banner of Islam. Hence the Koran says, “Go on fighting against them till the rule of Allah is not established (8.39).”

How to bring the entire world under the banner of Islam? Here to Convert each and every dar-ul-harb into a dar-ul-Islam ? Here comes the third decree of Islam, jihad. In plain words, jihad means indiscriminate killing of kafirs, plundering their wealth, occupying their land and other properties by sword, fire and rape. A Muslim participating in Jihad is called a mujahid (plural : mujahidin) and Allah’s ultimate intention is to raise and establish His religion to reign supreme with the help of the mujahidin. Therefore the terrorists are Allah’s mujahidin and their aim is to abolish the kafir-camp, or cause harm to the kafir-camp. Even seducing or raping kafir women is a part of Jihad.

How to Contain Islamic Terrorism:

Whenever an incident of terrorist attack occurs in a civilized society, the law enforcing authorities become convinced that it has been done by a terrorist organization like al-Qaeda, or Laskar-e-Taiba, or Hizb-ul-mujahideen etc and the culprits are a few people associated with those organizations. Or more pointedly, a few misguided Muslim young men, who are associated with the said terrorist organizations, are guilty alone. So they start to find clues to ascertain which organization is associated with the attack and after that tries to arrest those people to start a legal procedure against them, but keeping the breeding ground of the terrorists untouched. After 9/11, the security people of USA could ascertain that the terrorists of al-Qaeda were involved. So the US armed forces attacked base camps of al-Qaeda in Afghanistan, bombed the al-Qaeda hide-outs. In a similar manner, Indian authorities, after a terrorist attack, go for tracing the terrorist organization involved and to capture a few people, who have committed the crime.

But from Islamic viewpoint, any such terrorist attack is an attack on the kafir-camp by the Muslim-camp and hence not only the handful of terrorists but the entire Muslim-camp, or each and every member of the Muslim-camp, is responsible. Or in other words, the entire Muslim community is responsible. Thus for a terrorist attack in India, firstly each and every Muslim of this country, who takes the oath of killing kafirs five times a day through namaz, is responsible. Each and every Muslim, whether he is a vegetable vendor, or a rikshaw puller, or a mason, or a school teacher, or a politician, or a reputed man, is responsible. And in the broader sense, each and every Muslim in the world is responsible.

There is no doubt that the Koran is the fountainhead of Islamic terrorism and anyone who believes in Koran is responsible. Hence it becomes evident that, Islamic terrorism cannot be wiped out by capturing a few terrorists and killing them or by putting them in jails. To put an end to Islamic terrorism, action should be taken against each and every Muslim of this country. And in a broader sense, action should be taken against each and every Muslim in the world.

It has been mentioned above that Koran is the fountainhead of Islamic terrorism or it is the source of inspiration for terrorism. And more pointedly, the hateful kafir killing verses of the Koran are the fountainhead of Islamic terrorism. So the first step to end Islamic terrorism is to ban that blood-thirsty book of hate. The second step is to take action against the Muslim community as a whole.

Some people maintain the wrong notion that among the Muslims all are not bad and there are good or moderate Muslims as well. In this regard the renowned author Craig Winn has said that, as there is only one Koran and nothing like a good Koran and a bad Koran, and hence there cannot be a good Muslims and bad Muslims and moderate Muslim or radical Muslim. Muslims are Muslims alone. So, to put an end to the menace called Islamic terrorism, the entire community of non-Muslims, or all the members of the kafir-camp has to be united and come forward to attack and punish the Muslim community as a whole. If Muslim terrorists kill 10 kafirs at one place, the kafirs should kill at least 100 Muslims at any where in the world, and if they kill 100 people, kafirs should kill 1000 Muslims as a retaliation. If the entire community of kafirs can adopt such a procedure, Islamic terrorism will evaporate within seconds.

How the kafirs would adopt such a policy? What would be their guideline? Its very simple. The kafirs should accept the Koran as their own book, but with a little change. Take a Koran and replace the words like kafir, polytheist, idolater, non-believer etc. by the word Muslim. For example, the verse (IX,5) of the Koran reads, “Then, when the sacred months are over, slay the idolaters wherever ye find them and take them captive ….”. The kafirs should rewrite the verse as, “Then, when the sacred months are over, slay the Muslims wherever ye find them and take them captive ….” Similarly, the verse (VIII, 12) says, “I will cast a dread into the hearts of the unbelievers” and the kafirs should alter it to read, “We will cast dread into the hearts of the Muslims”. If the kafirs can sincerely prepare such an altered Koran and act honestly in the likewise manner, the menace of Islamic terrorism will vanish in no time.

ON THE MURDER OF THE TWO IDF SOLDIERS BY PALESTINIAN ANIMALS

The vileness of the liberal media has no bounds in Israel. Years ago I cancelled my free subscription to the International Harold Tribune which carried several pages of the Hebrew language Israel self-hating newspaper Ha'aretz translated into English. I could no longer take reading about how the terrorists who daily attacked Jerusalem and killed and maimed my neighbors, friends and co-workers were actually "militants."

Friday the editor of Ha'aretz was "outted" for advising Secretary Rice at a dinner-party for the "beautiful people" last time she was here, that the USA should "RAPE Israel." That quote has been reported as accurate by several who were present at the dinner and heard the words spoken. Not bad enough?

Over the weekend to young soldiers, friends who lived near each other in Kirat Arba near Hebron, together with a female friend went for a hike. Each soldier was from Top Elite IDF Commando Unit (the real deal!) They had their personal firearms with them because the hike was in area controlled by the murderous, hostile terrorist Palestinian Authority. The soldiers were ambushed and killed in the ensuing fire-fight (likely from running out of ammo). The entire country mourns these two elite members of the IDF who managed to save their female companion.

Today Ha'aretz published a story about the murders. The newspaper used the soldiers' deaths as a basis for a story about Jewish terrorists. Now perhaps folks will understand why I refused offers of free left-over copies of Ha'aretz as a donation to my beloved Jerusalem SPCA. I would not even use that rage to line the cages of the animals in our clinics!

DOMESTIC TERRORISTS WERE READY TO ATTACK JEWISH TARGETS

Blogmaster's Comments: Those of us who feel warm, cozy, and secure in our homes because we live in the United States had better think again! Jews in the Diaspora and in America in particular are at serious risk... and most of us don't give it a thought. There are intelligent, dedicated, and extremely dangerous individuals in our midst who are planning our destruction. The story below (which by the way has received no media attention) released today by the Justice Department, details how countless Jewish, American Military, and other innocent victims lives have been saved by the diligent efforts of the FBI and the Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF). So far, we have been extremely fortunate. But know this... the JTTF will not always be successful and local law enforcement authorities are 99% reactive. I am urging you to be vigilant, be prepared, and learn how to defend yourselves, your families, and your community. In other words, buy a firearm, and take a course of instruction in its use for home defense and personal security. Being a proud liberal and anti-gunner will do nothing but empower those who want to kill you. Rabbi Meir Kahane (OBM) said the following: "Every Jew, a .22" and "Stay Alive With a 45". His words ring true for us today.

TWO PLEAD GUILTY TO DOMESTIC TERRORISM CHARGES OF CONSPIRING TO ATTACK MILITARY FACILITIES, JEWISH TARGETS


WASHINGTON-Two men who were part of a domestic terrorist cell pleaded guilty this morning to federal terrorism charges, admitting that they conspired to attack United States military operations, "infidels," and Israeli and Jewish facilities in the Los Angeles area.


The two men - Kevin James, who formed the terror group while in a California state prison, and Levar Washington, who was recruited by James while in state prison and recruited others into the plot - pleaded guilty to conspiring to wage war against the United States.


A third member of the radical Islamic organization which James dubbed Jam'iyyat Ul-Islam Is-Saheeh, or JIS - Gregory Patterson - is expected to plead guilty to the terrorism conspiracy charge on Monday. The fourth member of JIS named in an indictment - Hammad Samana - has been found unfit to stand trial and is currently receiving psychiatric care at a federal prison facility.


"We are keenly aware of the threat posed by home-grown terrorism. As the guilty pleas today demonstrate, we will continue to identify and disrupt extremist cells before they can inflict harm. This case demonstrates how law enforcement cooperation at all levels thwarted a domestic plot that targeted U.S. military facilities as well as Israeli and Jewish facilities in the Los Angeles area," said Attorney General Michael B. Mukasey.


FBI Director Robert S. Mueller III stated: "This is a case in which a terrorist cell grew out of a prison cell. Despite the fact that they had no connection to al-Qaeda leaders, they had adopted their cause. These home-grown terrorists had raised the money, recruited the people, chosen the targets, obtained the weapons and set the date. All they had left to do was to strike. The JIS case is an outstanding example of how the Joint Terrorist Task Force system works. A local crime yielded clues that pointed to terrorism. That information was brought to the JTTF and soon over 300 FBI personnel and police officers were tracking suspects and unraveling the plot. It was the superb partnership between law enforcement agencies that prevented that."


U.S. Attorney Thomas P. O'Brien commented: "The prevention of future terrorist attacks is the number one priority of the Justice Department, and the investigation and successful prosecution of the JIS terrorist organization stands out as a landmark case in Southern California. With the defendants considering a series of targets to attack - including U.S. Army personnel, synagogues and others perceived as 'infidels'- this terror plot had reached an advanced level. Because these men were driven by ideological fervor, had a demonstrated ability to obtain weapons, and had planned attacks on identified targets, an untold number of lives may have been saved when this terrorist cell was dismantled."


In plea agreements filed this morning and court proceedings conducted this morning in United States District Court in Santa Ana, James and Washington admitted that they conspired "to levy war against the government of the United States through terrorism, and to oppose by force the authority of the United States government."


FBI Assistant Director in Charge Salvador Hernandez said: "Law enforcement personnel at all levels put forth a tremendous effort to put this case together and the proof of that is evident today. A terrorist attack on the city of Los Angeles, hatched in our midst and on our soil, was thwarted in the advanced planning stage. This case is a perfect example of the Joint Terrorism Task Force in that no single agency could have done this alone."


After forming JIS in 1997 while in state prison, James recruited Washington into the organization in late 2004 while both were prisoners at New Folsom Prison, where James had Washington swear an oath of loyalty and obedience to James and to JIS. After his release from prison several weeks after taking the JIS oath, Washington recruited Patterson and Samana into JIS and had them swear oaths of allegiance and obedience to JIS. After forming this cell, Washington and Patterson conducted about a dozen armed robberies of gas stations to supply money for the group's planned attacks in the Los Angeles area.


Samana researched targets and prepared a document called "Modes of Attack." The document listed "LAX and Consulate of Zion," "Military Targets," "Army Recruiting centers throughout the county," "Military base in Manhattan Beach" and "Campsite of Zion."


After Torrance Police investigators linked the two to a gas station robbery, various Jihadist documents were found at a South Los Angeles apartment where Washington and Patterson lived. In addition to the "Modes of Attack" document, investigators discovered a document titled "Notoriety Moves," which contained a James-authored statement to be given to the media after a deadly attack. The proposed press statement reads, in part, "This incident is the first in a series of incidents to come in a plight to defend and propagate traditional Islam in its purity." The document also warns "sincere Muslims" to avoid a series of targets, including "Those Jewish and non-Jewish supporters of an Israeli state."


Torrance Police Chief John J. Neu said: "I am proud of the dedication and professionalism displayed by all involved in this critical case. The awareness, knowledge, skills and abilities of the officers involved effectively thwarted this terrorist plot. This case is a prime example of the powerful radical influence which poses a serious threat from within right here in Southern California. Today's announcement shows that through teamwork we can effectively combat this threat. Unity is the key."


Los Angeles Police Deputy Chief Michael Downing, Commanding Officer, Counter-Terrorism and Criminal Intelligence Bureau, stated: "This case was an outstanding example of cooperation between local, state and federal law enforcement and in particular the Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF) model. James and Patterson pleaded guilty this morning before United States District Judge Cormac J. Carney, who is scheduled to sentence James on March 31 and Washington on April 28. As a result of his guilty plea, James faces a statutory maximum sentence of 20 years in federal prison. Washington, who also pleaded guilty to using a firearm in relation to the terrorist plot, faces up to 25 years in prison.


"Investigators from the Office of Correctional Safety dedicated a significant amount of time and resources to this case. Our department has a long history of dealing with prison gangs and inmates who advocate violence. We assist our law enforcement partners on many investigations to root out criminal organized enterprise activity in our prisons," said Undersecretary David L. Runnels, California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation.


The investigation into the terrorist conspiracy was led by the FBI's Long Beach Joint Terrorism Task Force, whose participating agencies include the Los Angeles Police Department; U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement; the Torrance Police Department; the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department; the Long Beach Police Department; the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives; U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement; the Los Angeles Port Police; U.S. Customs and Border Protection; the U.S. Coast Guard Investigative Service; the Defense Criminal Investigative Service; and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the Redondo Beach Police Department.


Substantial assistance during the investigation was provided by the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office, Bureau of Investigations; the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation; the California Department of Justice; the Drug Enforcement Administration; the U.S. Air Force Office of Special Investigations; and the Department of Defense. The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office worked collaboratively with the United States Attorney's Office during the investigation.

Dearborn's Muslim Community Policing Officer Indicted

Recently, I broke the news to you that Daniel Saab, Dearbornistan's nationally-hailed Muslim community policing officer, was fired for misconduct. I learned on Friday that he was indicted, as many loyal Dearborn Police officers (tired of their ethically-challenged Islamo-pandering chief and officers like Saab). Now it is official. The man held up to the world after 9/11 as the model Muslim police officer is no model of anything . . . except criminality and corruption.

Saab was fired for misconduct, but it was well past time. The man's behavior over the course of his career is criminal. Think Denzel Washington's character in "Training Day" or Richard Gere's in "Internal Affairs." Saab is the anti-Serpico. He is deceptively handsome (the picture posted here isn't a good one) and pure evil.
Daniel Saab, a Shi'ite and open Hezbollah supporter, displayed a Hezbollah poster at his community policing office at the Dearborn Public Library. In most police offices, that would be grounds for dismissal, as would Saab's conviction for stalking a Michigan state legislator, and his admission in testimony placing him at the time and location of a late-night fire-bombing of a non-Muslim Dearborn City Councilman's car.
But the Dearbornistan Police Department is not "most police departments." It's like the corrupt third-world police departments you see in the movies, where there are so many good cops who want to enforce the law and so many bad cops who run the asylum along with their Mayoral and Police Chief allies in the back pockets of terrorism supporters.
Saab spent years shaking down, harassing, and attacking various Dearbornistan citizens on behalf of then Dearbornistan Mayor Michael "The Godfather" Guido, now deceased. Although Guido was not a Muslim, he was in the back pocket of the most extreme Muslims in town, including fugitive federal indictee and Hezbollah financier Talal Chahine, who reportedly gave him a $9,000 ring, thousands in cash, and ongoing tabs at Detroit's three casinos.
Saab was Guido's henchmen. And he didn't just terrorize infidels. He terrorized fellow Muslims. One, a jewelry store owner who was suing Dearborn over the controversial death of his epileptic brother in a Dearborn jail, had his business repeatedly vandalized, reportedly at the direction of the Mayor, who protected Saab at every turn of malfeasance. In turn, Saab did Guido's bidding and that of Guido's Hezbollah financier patrons.
Now, Saab is finally getting his due. But in many ways it is too little too late. The feds--specifically the FBI and the U.S. Attorney's Office--repeatedly ignored Dearborn citizens' complaints against Saab, and even tipped Mayor Guido and Saab off about their communications with complainants. Now Saab will defend against his federal indictment for witness and evidence tampering and producing a false police report, with the help of Islamist attorney and Hezbollah supporter Nabih Ayad, with whom the FBI and U.S. Attorney Stephen Murphy III a/k/a "Abu Porno" are close.
Reportedly, Ayad's fees are being paid for by a pro-Hezbollah Dearborn businessman who owns a lot of property in the city. One of his properties, a home occupied by drug dealers, was reportedly visited by Mohammed Attah well before the 9/11 attacks.
There is so much more on Daniel Saab, to which I've alluded on this site previously, and I will get to it.
Stay tuned. And until then, remember, Dearbornistan is ground zero and a scary omen for America's future.
Dan Saab's story is what happens to a city when Islamists take over. Dearborn's new Mayor, Jack O'Reilly, is not much different from his predecessor and was in on many of his "deals." His hands were forced on Saab's situation.
And those hands are almost as dirty.

TWO MEN INDICTED IN FLORIDA

ON EXPLOSIVES CHARGES

WASHINGTON – Two University of South Florida (USF) students have been indicted by a federal grand jury in Tampa, Florida, for transporting explosives materials without permits, the Department of Justice announced today.
The two-count indictment unsealed today charges Ahmed Abdellatif Sherif Mohamed and Youssef Samir Megahed, both Egyptian nationals, with transporting explosives in interstate commerce without permits. The indictment alleges that the two men, “not being licensees” under federal law, “did knowingly transport and cause to be transported in interstate commerce explosive materials” on or about Aug. 4, 2007 in the Middle District of Florida and elsewhere. Mohamed was also charged with distributing information about building and using an explosive device. The indictment alleges that Mohamed taught and demonstrated the making and use of an explosive and destructive device, with the intent that such information be used for, and in the furtherance of, an activity that constitutes a federal crime of violence.
Mohamed, a civil engineering graduate student and teaching assistant at USF, and Megahed, an engineering student, were stopped for speeding and subsequently arrested on Aug. 4, 2007 in Goose Creek, S.C. by a South Carolina Berkeley County Sheriff’s deputy. Both Mohamed and Megahed were charged with possession of an explosive device, in violation of South Carolina law. Bond was set for Mohamed in the amount of $500,000 and for Megahead in the amount of $300,000. Both men are currently being held in Berkeley County jail. The charges in the indictment are merely allegations, and the defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. The charge of distributing information about explosive devices carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison, and the charge of transporting explosive materials carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison.

The arresting deputy’s vigilance and the immediate response of our local investigators and prosecutors are highly commendable.” This case is being prosecuted by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida, with the assistance of the National Security Division at the Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Joint Terrorism Task Forces in both Tampa and South Carolina, with the assistance of the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of South Carolina. # # #
